Do you struggle with back pain? Shoulder pain? Aches, niggles & the odd stiff neck? If you do - this work shop is for you! Aimed at a complete beginner level (ie stiff 😳) we will work through a series of mobility & Pilates moves to get you loose. As well as being able to transfer to your life!

About the event

A 2 hour workshop for women only.

This is a set at a complete beginner pace.

Through the two hours, we will work through our bodies (from head to toe) targeting different places where we hold stress and tension. Whilst also looking at how fundamental core work can strengthen our pelvic floors.

We will work through our:

  • Necks
  • Shoulders
  • Upper back
  • Lower back
  • Hips
  • (Whilst engaging our cores)
  • Finishing with a relaxation at the end

There are 25 spaces available.

(I have 20 mats but please bring your own if you have one)

This is a brilliant workshop for any lady with back, shoulders, hip aches and pains.
