Service Description

The best way to train is to increase your heart rate then tone those muscles. This class does both. 20 minutes to kick the (poo) out of anything or anyone who has been bothering you...decreasing anger, stress and frustration whilst toning arms, core and getting that heart strong. Then lets strike while the iron is hot. 25 minutes of toning for peachy bums, bingo wing burners and thighs of steel. All fitness levels are catered for.
